Grace joined the Latz and Company team in the fall of 2020 as our new Graduate Associate. She has provided direct support on five of our latest client engagements, including strategic vision work, grants management, and capital campaigns. Grace has already had the opportunity to work with a wide range of mission-driven organizations, including National Black Theatre, Animal Care League, and De La Salle Institute.

Grace’s passion for bringing her education and research background to mission-driven organizations began in high school through her volunteer work with Ebenezer Lutheran Church’s tutoring program and with PACTT Learning Center, and continued with her work for Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development. She has worked with middle school students in data science, algebra, social science, language arts, and reading.

Grace graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Religion with a concentration in Statistics and Data Science from St. Olaf College. Raised in the City of Chicago, she is continually inspired by the surrounding communities and their passion for social change and advocacy. A sports enthusiast, Grace spends her free time walking along the lakefront, spending time with family and friends, baking, and lamenting over the Bears.
