Lydia joined the Latz and Company team in the beginning of the 2023 year as an Client Services Associate. Lydia graduated with a bachelors in social work from Oakland University in Rochester Michigan where she was born and raised. After a year working in IT at a mortgage company in Michigan, she was accepted to the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza School of Business where she received a masters of nonprofit administration. In her time at Notre Dame, Lydia co-created a financial literacy curriculum tailored for women that is adaptable to nonprofits and the specific subset of women they serve.

Upon graduating, Lydia served as the Director of Before Care at the Boys and Girls Clubs of St. Joseph county where she saw positive outcomes for the organization and its employees throughout her time working there by implementing best practices in her everyday duties. Overall, Lydia has a big heart for the NFP industry, and is very eager to take on the missions of the nonprofits that Latz and Company serves.

In her free time, Lydia enjoys being outdoors either hiking or biking. She also enjoys making pottery and trying new restaurants around the city. Lydia also serves on the Cultivate Food Rescue Mission Advancement Committee.
Lydia is thrilled to be a member of the Latz and Company team as she is eager to expand her impact to nonprofits all over the US.
